How to fix an Epson EcoTank ET-1810 printer error and get it printing
There comes a moment when the printer stops printing and shows an error:
Service required. A printer’s ink pad is at the end of its service life. Please contact Epson Support.
The waste ink counter or “ink pad” on Canon printers overflows during printing and eventually blocks the printing process. This is not a printer malfunction, and the issue can be resolved by yourself using a program. Here are the steps to do so:
- Download and install a Waste Ink Counter reset utility.
- Purchase a waste ink counter reset code.
- Reset the error using the code.
The Epson EcoTank ET-1810 printer will then be able to continue printing.
